The inspection form asks for your name, phone number, suburb, pest type, preferred timing and a description of the issue. You may also choose photos to help explain the pest or affected area.
How the current form works
The website prepares an email addressed to support@bugfatherpestcontrol.com. Your information is sent only when you review and send that email from your own email application. Selecting photos does not upload them to the website; you attach them to the prepared email yourself.
Why the information is requested
The details help BugFather understand your enquiry, check service coverage, discuss access or preparation and respond about availability. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Confirmation and records
An online enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. If you send an email, it may remain in your sent-mail folder and the business inbox according to the settings of those email services.
